ScienceDirect : the world's largest scientific, technical and medical database. It is a rich journals collection supplemented by relevant bibliographic databases to expand literature searches further and a growing program of online reference works.

Journal Storage (JSTOR) : a system for archiving academic journals, founded in 1995. It provides full-text searches of digitized back issues of several hundred well-known journals.

Social Science Research Network (SSRN) : a leading social science research devoted to the rapid worldwide dissemination of social science research and composed of a number of specialized research networks in each of the social sciences.

Siena PhD in Economics : The PhD in Economics at the University of Siena trains students to do research in economics over a four year programme. Most of the former students are currently following an academic career in an Italian or foreign university, or are working for research-oriented public or private institutions.

Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis (Economic Data) : the database of the Federal Reserve Bank of Saint Louis with more than 20000 U.S. economic time series.

Oxford Latin American Economic History Database (OxLAD) : contains statistical series for a wide range of economic and social indicators covering twenty countries in Latin America for the period 1900-2000. Its purpose is to provide economic and social historians worldwide with a systematic recompilation of available statistical information in a single on-line source.
